Signing up for a 3-month mentorship plan allows me to help you regularly. Is it Worth it?
Was going to school worth it? I’m convinced you will find mentoring with The VuePoint a great investment in your skills, creativity and confidence as a photographer. At the end of the day you’ll be the best judge on how far you come. As long as you put in the work, focus your time and passion then you’ll feel the benefits of mentoring.
Will it Make Me a Better Photographer?
It won’t make you worse that’s for sure. Mentoring is specific to the individual. Maybe you want to learn more about photo editing, or build your own photography brand so it’s not just about being behind the camera. Either way, mentoring can improve your understanding, confidence and skill set. As long as you put in the time and effort to reach the goals we set together then there’ll always be improvements through photography mentoring with The VuePoint.
It Feels Expensive…
It’s not. It really isn’t. Mentoring ranges from around £200-£1,000. A good camera or quality lens would cost similar, last you a few years and then needs replacing. Your photography knowledge and skills will never become outdated. While you can build on skills and adapt to new ideas and trends, mastering the fundamentals and becoming competent in a specialised area of photography can bring it’s own rewards.
When you’re taking great images, you might attract clients and revenue which means mentoring can pay for itself in the long term.
The cloud that some photographers live under is that it’s better to invest in equipment and software rather than training and knowledge. With The VuePoint you can rest assured that any purchase is worth its value.
Is it Refundable?
If you book a mentoring session or multi-week plan and instantly change your mind of course I’ll issue a refund for the full amount paid. Once a mentoring session has taken place, no fee can be refunded as time and target planning will have gone into that session. If you find after one session you’d like to extend your mentoring, I can move you on to a multi-week plan, just let me know.
