Getting it to you
Delivery is inside the price, not bolted on at the end. Here's how long it takes and what happens if something goes wrong.
Prints
Every print is made to order once you've paid, then sent to you direct from the printers. Allow up to seven working days for UK delivery. Most arrive sooner.
It comes unmounted and unframed, so you can frame it to suit the wall it's going on.
Delivery is included in the price you see. There's nothing to add at the checkout.
Outside the UK
The checkout is set up for UK addresses at the moment. If you're elsewhere and you'd like something, send me a message and I'll work out what it would cost to get it to you.
Digital files
Nothing to deliver and nothing to wait for. The download link is on the page the moment the payment goes through, and it's in your receipt as well.
Changing your mind
Prints are made one at a time after you order, so there's no stock to put them back into and I can't offer returns for a change of mind. Please have a look at the size guide on each print page before you buy; it shows all three sizes to scale against an ordinary sofa, and the sizes are on every print page in centimetres and inches.
Digital files can't be returned once they've been downloaded, for the obvious reason. When you buy one you're agreeing to get it straight away rather than waiting.
If you're not sure which size suits the space, ask me first. Send me the measurements of the wall and I'll tell you honestly. I'd much rather do that than have you buy the wrong one.
If something's wrong with it
That's different, and you're covered.
If your print turns up damaged, faulty, or it isn't what you ordered, tell me within 14 days of it arriving and I'll replace it or refund you, whichever you'd rather. A photograph of the problem helps but I'm not going to argue about it. The same goes for a digital file that won't open or isn't the photograph you paid for.
Nothing on this page affects your legal rights as a consumer in the UK.
