What I do with your details

Short version: as little as possible. There's no tracking on this site, no analytics, and no advertising cookies of any kind.

If you send me a message

The contact form takes your name, your email address and whatever you write. It comes to my inbox through a service called Web3Forms, which passes it on and doesn't keep it. I keep the message so I can answer it, and that's all I use it for.

If you sign up to the mailing list

I keep your email address in a private spreadsheet so I can let you know when there's something new. I don't sell it, share it, or hand it to anyone else. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can just tell me and I'll take you off.

If you buy something

Stripe handles the payment and collects your name, email address and delivery address. They hold the card details; I never see them. What I see is your name, your email, where the print is going and what you ordered, which is what I need to get it made and sent to you. Stripe keeps its own record of the transaction, as any payment company has to.

Cookies and tracking

There are none. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookie banner, because there's nothing to consent to.

Two small things worth mentioning honestly. Your basket is remembered in your own browser and never leaves your device. And the site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google sees the address you're connecting from, the same as it would on most websites.

How long I keep things

Order details for as long as I need them for records and in case you get in touch about an order. Mailing list addresses until you unsubscribe. Messages until they're dealt with, then generally not much longer.

Asking me to remove something

You can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted.Send me a message and I'll sort it. There's no process and no form to fill in; it's just me.
