Terms of sale
Written to be read rather than to be impressive. If anything here isn't clear, ask me and I'll explain it properly.
Who you're buying from
The VuePoint. The photographs are mine, taken around Southport and the Merseyside coast, and I run the site myself. There's no company behind it and no team. The way to reach me is thecontact form, and I answer it personally.
What's for sale
Two things, and they're separate.
- Prints. A photograph printed on 234gsm matte photographic paper, unmounted and unframed, in one of three sizes. Every print is made to order after you buy it.
- Digital files. A full-resolution photograph you download and print yourself.£25 each, big enough to print well up to A4.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK delivery. What you see is what you pay; nothing is added at the checkout.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to them and never touch this site, so I never see them. Your order isn't accepted until the payment has gone through and you've had a confirmation email.
If a price is obviously wrong through my mistake, I'll tell you before printing anything and refund you in full if you'd rather not go ahead.
What you can do with a digital file
Print it as often as you like, at any size up to A4, for yourself, your home, or a present.
What you can't do is sell it, license it, pass it on, put it on stock sites, use it in advertising or anything else commercial, or feed it to an AI model for training. The photograph stays mine. You're buying a copy to enjoy, not the copyright.
The photographs
Every photograph on this site is mine and stays mine, whether you buy a print, buy a file, or just look. Please don't reproduce them without asking. If you want to use one for something, ask me and there's a fair chance the answer is yes.
Delivery and returns
Covered on their own page: delivery and returns.
Your rights
Nothing on this page takes away the rights you have by law as a consumer in the UK. If anything here ever contradicted them, the law wins.
